Dr Pramod Kumar Sharma

Dr Pramod Kumar Sharma is the Senior Director of Education with the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE). In this position, he is responsible for the oversight and development of the Eco-Campus, Eco-Schools, Young Reporters for Environment (YRE) and Learning About Ecosystems and Forests in 102 countries. He is also leading the development of FEE Academy – An Online Teaching and Learning platform for various stakeholders engaged with six programmes of FEE. His doctoral research is in the area of Assessment of Environmental Literacy.

An Education for Sustainable Development professional with broad experience of over 28 years, he has worked with a wide range of stakeholders that include schools, corporations, programmes focusing on school systems, and rural development issues of tribal communities in India and has mentored over 250 grassroots NGOs for projects in the area of education for sustainable development.
