Yasemin Tecmen Stubbe

Yasemin Tecmen Stubbe is Group Chief Sustainability Officer at IHH Healthcare, one of the world’s largest healthcare networks, with 85+ hospitals across 10 countries. She leads the Group's sustainability strategy, embedding environmental, social and governance priorities into business strategy and long-term value creation.

With over 25 years of international experience, Yasemin has built a career spanning branding, communications, marketing and sustainability. She began in leading PR and advertising agencies in Istanbul before joining Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Chicago after completing her Master’s degree at Northwestern University. Her career at Hyatt included roles in marketing and global brand management for Park Hyatt.

After relocating to Singapore, she continued her hospitality career and later founded a strategy consulting firm advising hospitality, luxury and start-up brands. She also taught at Singapore Management University, Lee Kong Chian School of Business.

Motivated by personal loss and a desire to create meaningful impact, Yasemin joined IHH Healthcare in 2017. She is passionate about advancing sustainable healthcare and making a difference. Outside work, she enjoys dancing ballet and playing padel with her husband and two daughters.
